Lace Up for Learning 5k raises $12K for Local Schools
Thank you for coming out to raise money for your local schools. We had a perfect fall day for all the festivities. There were almost 800 participants for the 5k and 200 for the Kids’ Fun Run. The amount of registration proceeds benefiting our school is directly correlated to the level of participation. Lace Up for Learning event photos here.
The $500 Bonus and Spirit Award trophy went to our school with the highest number of participants (registrants and volunteers combined) as a percentage of the school’s 2016-2017 total enrollment. Legacy had 30% of their school’s enrollment participating and receives a $500 bonus and the trophy to keep until next year’s event! For more information, visit www.LaceUpforLearning.com.
