From neighborhood development to Town Center openings and events, catch up on the latest Brambleton news in this winter 2019 update.
Brambleton was named one of the nation’s top 50 best-selling communities in 2018 by the John Burns Real Estate Consulting Group, and now our builders are off to a strong start in 2019 with sales keeping pace with last year’s success. We think the industry experts, including John Burns’ local consultant, Kate Guthrie, knows just why:
“Brambleton appeals to most home buyers, offering stylish urban style townhomes with outdoor living space options, single-family detached homes, and active adult condos, villas, and elevator townhomes. Brambleton proves that surban is both attainable and desirable and boasts a high walkability score. They host fun events that include runs/walks, summer concert series, and a weekly farmers’ market. In December 2018, the masterplan celebrated the opening of the Brambleton Library—a 40K-square-foot facility featuring a teen center, LEGO play area, and makerspace with 3D printers, robots, and recording studio.”
In addition to the aforementioned John Burns’ nod, Money Magazine ranked Ashburn, VA #2 on their list of “Best Places To Live in America!” But it’s more than just industry experts weighing in. Brambleton is also growing thanks to the happy residents, like Andrea Newman and others, who are taking delight in the #BramLife.
