Independence High School Nearing Completion

independence High School logoIndependence High School opens this fall in the West Park neighborhood, just off Creighton Road and adjacent to the Brambleton Middle School. We were honored to see a nice shout out to the Soave Real Estate Group in Principal Gabriel’s recent blog post, Come Home to Brambleton, in which he extended his gratitude to Mr. Anthony Soave for providing funds to help jump start their school year. We’re proud to partner with them and are looking forward to having Independence High School in our neighborhood! Local Parks

Beaverdam-Reservoir-Park-plansNature enthusiasts rejoice: 2 major local parks are coming to the Brambleton area! Ashburn Magazine recently provided an update on both the Hanson Regional Park as well as Reservoir Park on the Beaverdam Reservoir. Since this article was published, the Loudoun County Board of Supervisors approved the development plans for Reservoir Park, setting a target opening date of early 2021. The Board has also approved and fully funded Hanson Regional Park, with construction expected to begin on June 30, 2019, and end around Spring of 2022. These parks will be a great asset for all of Loudoun, but because of their close proximity to Brambleton, they will definitely enhance the #BramLife experience!
