Brambleton History

A TIMELINE OF THE LOUDOUN COUNTY COMMUNITY'S EVOLUTION

Every great plan starts with an idea, and that’s how Brambleton – the #1 master planned community in Virginia – began 10 years ago by Anthony Soave, the original Brambletonian. Mr. Soave envisioned a master planned community near DC where residents could find the perfect work/life balance and, quite simply, get more out of life. This dream became a reality once Brambleton broke ground in Ashburn and new homes, businesses and schools started being built. Mr. Soave’s vision and efforts put Soave Enterprises on the radar and the company was ranked number 251 on Forbes’ list of largest privately held companies.

Today, Brambleton is one of the most popular choices for new homes in Northern Virginia and has been ranked 6th of all master planned communities in the country. Our Town Center has become a premier destination for Northern Virginia events and is well-known for having some of the best shopping and restaurants in Ashburn, VA. Our family of builders, which includes Beazer Homes, Miller & Smith Homes, Pulte Homes, Van Metre Homes, and Winchester Homes, are known for providing high-quality, exceptionally liveable homes.

And we’re just getting started.
